Edit Member Attributes

Member Attributes are the fields in your Loyalty account database that store information about your Members, such as demographics or contact information.

Note: You can create, view, and manage the Member Attributes defined in your Loyalty account on the Member Attributes screen.

To edit the Member Attributes for an existing Member Profile:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > People from the side navigation menu. The People screen is displayed.

  2. On the People screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Profile screen is displayed with the Summary tab selected by default.

  3. Within the header section of the screen, click Edit Profile. The Edit Profile pop-up window is displayed.

  1. Member Attributes are organized into Categories, which are displayed as tabs across the top of the Edit Profile pop-up window. Select the desired tab.

Note: You can create, view, and manage the Member Attribute Categories defined in your Loyalty account on the Member Attribute Categories screen.

  1. Make any necessary changes to an Attribute. Repeat this step as needed.

  2. Click Save.

Create a Test Member

Test Members are used throughout the platform for testing and validation purposes. To designate a Member Profile as being a Test Member:

  1. Navigate to the Edit Profile pop-up window for the desired Member Profile, as described above, and select the Membership Summary tab.

  2. Check Test Member.

  3. Click Save.
